Job Description
The Tender Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the company's legal compliance and efficiently managing the entire process of preparation, review, and submission for tenders from public enterprises and private companies across WBM’s territories. The goal is to minimize legal and commercial risks while increasing the success rate in securing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracking and analyzing relevant published tenders from public enterprises and companies on portals in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Organizing and leading complete tender processes: documentation analysis, bid preparation, and coordination of internal teams (Sales, Service, Finance).
- Identifying legal and commercial risks in tenders and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all tender documentation with legal requirements and the client’s tender specifications.
- Taking full responsibility for the tender submission process.
- Ensuring adherence to tender management processes, relevant documentation, and reporting as defined by company procedures.
- Communicating with clients during the tender procedure, including clarifications, documentation updates, and contract negotiations.
- Monitoring deadlines and maintaining organized records and archives of legal and tender documentation.
- Reporting on tender success rates at the company, department, and sales program levels.
- Providing legal support and advice to internal teams and management throughout the entire tender and contracting process.
- Managing the company’s legal affairs, including the preparation, review, and proposal of contract amendments.
- Monitoring and applying relevant laws and regulations, particularly in corporate law and public procurement from the bidder/supplier perspective.
Requirements
- University degree in Law (LL.B. / Bachelor of Laws).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, within the corporate sector or public procurement.
- Experience in preparing and managing tenders (public procurement or commercial tenders from either the bidder or client perspective).
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws (Corporate Law, Law of Obligations, Law on Public Procurement, Contract Law).
- A Public Procurement Officer Certificate is considered an advantage.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Valid Category B driver's license.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
