In the presence of more than 200 guests – long-standing customers, business partners, and employees – West Balkans Machinery (WBM) formally celebrated three decades of successful business, growth, and innovation in the regional distribution market of heavy machinery and industrial equipment on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
The gala jubilee was an opportunity to look back on the company's rich history, but also to present its vision for the future. The attendees were addressed by the founder and owner of the company, Slobodan Sretenović, co-owner Ivana Sretenović, as well as the Chief Executive Officer, Tomislav Marijančić. In their speeches, they emphasized that the key to WBM's longevity lies in continuous market adaptation, high quality standards, and, above all, the people – employees and partners who built this path together.
A special focus of the official program was directed toward an expert panel discussion, which analyzed current trends, technological innovations, and future perspectives of the industry in the Western Balkans region.
As a token of gratitude for a decade of support and mutual growth, the company presented special awards and plaques to its loyal customers and key partners, who have left an indelible mark on WBM's 30-year history.
Following the official part, the guests enjoyed a gala dinner and a wonderful atmosphere accompanied by a musical program, with the celebration dedicated to strengthening partnership bonds and toasting to the next three decades of shared success.
West Balkans Machinery extends its gratitude to all the guests who honored this jubilee with their presence, as well as to all partners for their trust that has lasted for a full 30 years. Your support is our greatest driving force for all future endeavors.
